Success story

Together with the University of Valladolid, we carried out a study to analyse the incidence of different environmental factors and characteristics that influence the visitor experience of a museum.


Research and innovation

Said field work, framed in a line of research in innovation and marketing, consisted of carrying out a visit to the Museum of the University of Valladolid (MUVa), guided under certain conditions controlled by the researchers.

During the visit, we record the emotional response and level of attention of the participants with our Sociograph® technology. At the end, they answered a questionnaire that measured the conscious outcome of the visit experience.
